Practicing only slowness and softness cannot fulfill the true balance of Yin and Yang. Genuine Taijiquan requires the integration of both dimensions: if Yin represents slow, soft, and internal cultivation, Yang represents rapid, dynamic, and explosive power (Fajin). Only when both Yin and Yang are fully embodied can a practice truly be called authentic Taijiquan.
